Note: the bus to the library leaves the hotel at 9:00 a.m.

6:00-8:00 p.m. - Meet and Greet reception at the Yogi Berra Museum.
Transportation will be provided at 5:45 and 6:00 p.m. With two return trips to the hotel at 8:00 and 8:15 p.m.

Special presentation by students from Edward T. Bowser Elementary School will present a program they researched and wrote about Negro League baseball in New Jersey. They will highlight twelve individuals and some of their career highlights. Students will portray individuals as wax figures that come to life on a visit to their museum.
4:45 - 5:30 p.m. - Travel to Newark Bears & Riverfront Stadium for buffet and game
5:45 - 7:00 - Picnic buffet at Riverfront Stadium—through the 3rd Inning
6:00 - 6:15 - Players Honored
